Woodbridge Crossing in Smyrna, GA is a gated subdivision of around 150 homes nestled right off of the E/W connector just east of Cooper Lake Road. The location makes for very easy access to S. Cobb Drive, Atlanta Road and 285.
Started in the early 2000’s by a small builder, Woodbridge Crossing was later finished in 2011-2013 by both Providence and Ashton Woods and the community features a pool, clubhouse, playground and fire pit. The association fees are $2520 per year but the association takes care of all of the landscaping for common areas as well as for each home. It is truly low-maintenance living at its finest!
